Does anyone know where the oil filter is on the 545s? I like 2 change my on oil but looking under the car all I c is a lot of under tray.
Check your Owner Manual for servicing procedure. Find the dipstick, first, before you start looking for the oil filter. Plus, your car should still be covered under "BMW Ultimate Service" which is free of charge for the first 4 years or 50,000 miles. You might have purchase additional coverage (more mileage)? It is under the car. You should see an access cover with a few screws. Do a search at www.e60.net for "2008 550i oil change diy". Should be very similar to your 545. Good luck.
