Midnight? And apparently we have to be registered for O'Fest to be able to make our hotel reservations? How does that work? We register for O'Fest, wait to get confirmation and a registration number, and have to give the hotel our O'Fest registration number? Given the rapidity with which reservations seems to go, if one wants to be ensured of a reservation at the host hotel for the week, what do we have to do? Or does hotel registration for the club rate/block simply open at 3:00 am Eastern, and east-coasters need to be on the phone at 3:01 am to be making a room reservation? Help!
We will open registration at noon eastern time on Friday, March 1, 2013. We want to be in the office when registration opens. Your confirmation will include information regarding hotel reservations. It's not going to fill up in one day.
