Turns over - Doesn't start

Hi:

Pretty worried about my 2008 328i Sport Wagon. Turns over but doesn't start. Dealer printed out OBD codes:
2A43 DME: Valvetronic, Thermal overload protection warning threshold
2A41 DME: Valvetronic, elecrical overload protection
2A38 DME: Valvetronic, servomotor: sluggish movement or open circuit
5E19 DSC: Engine management: interface
A559 Instrument cluster: Power supply has been switched off ( closed circuit current...

They changed out the Valvetronic servomotor but problem persisted.

How do I reach one of the TSA's for help?
