This service is a joke. The number provided on the membership card is not a valid number. No one answered the secondary number. Fortunately I had internet access and was able to get a valid number to call, only to be informed the service only covers BMW vehicles. I looked at the membership benefits explanation and saw nothing to this effect. The agent was curt but did offer to call a tow truck. After 5-10 minutes on hold I hung up and called one myself.
Is 'CCA going to replace the current Roadside assistance provider with another or simply do away with the benefit?
