I got a mailer reminding me to renew early by visiting the website...but when I log in and click on "renew" it says "all your subscriptions are up to date". I know I'm up to date, but I want to renew early to avoid a membership lapse. I know I can call the main office, but the mailer says I can do this online. What's the deal?
I spoke to soon. It's still not working correctly. I entered my credit card details to renew and when I hit submit, it took me to a screen (the original error screen) that says all my subscriptions are up to date. It's not clear if it accepted and billed my credit card or not.
Your credit card went through. I think you should have gotten an email that your charge went through.
