Roadside Assistance for Family?

I've seen pretty much everywhere the family coverage clause of the RSA -"Coverage: Is extended to member, legal spouse, & up to three dependent children under the age of 24 & applies to all private passenger vehicles & motorcycles driven by the member, spouse, & dependents" - so I clearly understand that my family is covered in any of our vehicles, but I'm still unclear on the details of actually receiving service as it concerns my family.

If my wife is driving without me present & needs assistance, will she need:
    • her own card?
    • a copy of my card, her ID, & proof of marriage or something?
    • just my membership info?

Surely I'm not the only married Premiere member who's wondered about this?

You would need to request an additional card.
It will be in your name that she can use.

Where can I get additional ID cards?

I'd like to have a member ID card for my wife and 2 kids. Who should I contact to get additional cards?
