front wheel bearings

    2004 325i 95000 mi
    I would like to repack/grease the front wheel bearings and am looking for any suggestions/tips/ recommendations. thanks

    You cannot. The front wheel bearing assembly on an E46 is integral with the wheel hub (RWD) or pressed into the steering arm (AWD). In either case the bearing assembly is destroyed by the removal process.

    The bearings can easily last over 200,000 miles without replacement so I wouldn't worry about it. Fix it when it fails.

    What he said. Replace them when they go bad, leave them alone otherwise.
