The Dinan software flash was $399.00, it was on sale for $100 off. I placed the order in Sept, so I am not sure if the sale is still going on. I also had to pay shipping of my DME out to them and back. But if there is a Dinan BMW dealer near you, you can just drop your car off and they can do it for you much quicker, maybe even while you wait. I think it is worth the extra, Dinan is supported by BMW and it does not void your warranty. They are also a big supporter of the club.
