I had to remove the front part of my exhaust at the manifold on my 88 E24. I manged to get three of the studs off with no problem but one broke off. Does anyone have any ideas for getting this broken stud out of my manifold?

pull the manifold and drill it. if you can get a lefthanded drill you might not even have to use an easy out. if the drill and the easy out don't work hit with a torch and use the eay out it will definetly come out then.

I socked the broken stud in PB Blaster, applied heat, but still could not budge it. I ended up taking it to a machine shop. and they got it out without any damage.
