Hello all, I received the membership for my 20th birthday a couple of weeks ago. I am on bimmerforums and m3forums as user name "blatant" I currently own an 02 M3 (bought late april). Alpine white on M-cloth My previous bimmers have been a 97 528i, and a 95 m3, all 5 speeds. Look forward to taking some driving courses as well as autox! On a side note, I believe I am in the Boston chapter, how would I go about finding events in my area? Thanks! -Phil

Welcome Phil! Congrats on your '02 M3! When you get a chance, show us your M3! As for events in your area, you might want to contact the Boston Chapter to make sure you are on their mailing list. You should get a newsletter detailing events in your Chapter. Also the back of the Roundel magazine lists several Chapter specific events. You can also call the officers that run your chapter or your region to contact your chapter. These numbers are listed in the Roundel.
Also a newbie to both the club and ownership... Just bought my first BMW last month....a CPO 2006 330i w/36,000 miles on it....girlfriend got me the club membership for my birthday which was last week. Best Birthday presents ever!

I'm curious about the interior. I don't think I've ever seen an E46 M3 with a cloth interior here before...
Thanks very much. She has 96k miles on her, but she's been well taken care of, and all maintenance is currently up to date. So it was a no brainer! Found her on m3forums! Let me dig up a pic. I love the cloth inserts, they don't show wear as well and they're pretty comfortable.
love that interior, it's similar to what was in the 318ti sport package, it's apparently pretty good at gripping you in the seat unlike full leather
