Any advice on replacement front rotors for 2005 545i sport 18" wheels? The current ones are warped slightly, I've seen several on the internet but not sure what would be the best deal?

I know nothing about rotors for your car, but I can tell you that entitling your threads only with some variation of your name is doing you no good in your search efforts.

Autohausaz.com has Zimmerman zinc-coated (protects from corrosion in transit) rotors on sale for $116.69 each, while pelicanparts.com offers them for $99.75.

Pelican also has genuine BMW rotors for $227.25, while Tischer BMW in MD (a dealer with great parts pricing - getbmwparts.com) has them for $179.49. Genuine BMW rotors usually come with the hats painted to eliminate the "rusty rotor syndrome" but if you want to save some loot you can paint them yourself before installing them.

Be sure to get new Allen head retaining bolts, and add a dab of anti-seize to make removing them easier next time.

Those 3 parts sources can save you a good chunk of cash, but be sure to check with your local dealer for pricing with the BMW CCA discount. Many will try to match Tischer prices, and you wouldn't have to wait for delivery (if in stock).
