   Sorry if you have answered this question. How quickly is the credit card charge reversed if the wait list folks don't participate in either Thursday or Friday's driving school?

   Ok. I'll try again.... REFUND POLICY After Sept. 1. $50 cancellation fee. No refunds after Sept. 15. What if I sign up for the Friday HPDE and not enough drivers cancel to reach me in line - is the entry fee refunded?
