Second Annual EuroMarque Golf Tournament

If you are a golfer who has a passion for cars, whether it’s the love for yours or the envy for another’s, then this low-key and low-risk-to-your-car event is for you. • The day will begin with seeing familiar faces and maybe the owner of your next car in the dedicated parking area of Raspberry Falls Golf & Hunt. Whether you’re a competitive or a social player, all teams will tee off at the 1:00 p.m. Shotgun Start and play a fabulous links-style course with wide fairways, fast greens, plenty of elevation changes, several pot bunkers, and spectacular views. Afterwards, meet your fellow car enthusiasts for food and a Shine-&-Show. A Euro-Marque Golf Trophy will be awarded to the winning car club’s team in the Competitive Flight, and a People’s Choice Shine-&-Show trophy will be awarded to the winner of each marque. • Please be sure to thank Willy Lutz, Property Manager at Raspberry Falls and player for Team BMW, who has enthusiastically, graciously, and generously helped to make this event happen. • Date: Saturday, July 23rd, 2016 • Time: 1:00 p.m. Shotgun Start • Location: Raspberry Falls Golf & Hunt, Leesburg, VA 20176 • Dinner and Viewing/Voting on Cars for Shine-&-Show: 5:30 p.m. • Awards Ceremony: 6:30 p.m. • Player Requirements: Players for each marque must either be a member of that marque’s car club or own a car of that marque. • Playing Format: 2 Flights Competitive Flight • Texas Scramble (use 4 tee-shots from each player, then Captain’s Choice), 1-bogey max per hole (in the event of tied scores, the winner will be determined by a chipping contest) $10 fee to compete in the Longest Drive Contest and Closest to the Pin Contests, Social Flight, Scramble, Captain’s Choice after every shot, 1-bogey max per hole.
