Recaro SE seats with custom adjustable tracks were installed.
Front seat belts were replaced with a 4 point Simpson latch style system Driver & Pass. OEM belts boxed.
Rear Bench Seat was reshuffled with new Horse hair
Non Air Conditioning center console from a 19742002 was installed.
CD player with 2 shitty speakers installed.
Valentine lover head power outlet added as well as a Power outlet for Cell installed.
Nardi wood steering wheel.
Custom Aluminum Throttle and left foot dead pedal.
Rebuilt pedal bucket.
Fire extinguisher mounted at drivers reach.
Completely rebuilt personally by David Nicholas of Nicholas Motor Sport, Keego Harbor 1994.
Odometer reading 32***k miles when installed. Current Odometer reading 75***k. Original but refurbished, Block dipped and painted.
Crank was inspected and balanced after some custom grinding and oil ported.
Head was stripped, dipped and magna fluxed.
All necessary components were replaced with new such as Main and Rod Bearings.
Installed .040 over Mahle pistons and rings 10.5 to 1.
292 Schrick cam shaft.
Head had 3 angle grind with new valves.
Dual valve springs were fitted.
Valve guides were replaced.
New OEM oil pump was fitted.
New OEM mechanical distributor was installed.
Original single down draft Solex carb was replaced by dual Webbers DCOE 450s on a Canon Manifold.
K&N chrome Air Filters
OEM throttle linkage was replaced with custom Cable linkage for better in cornering throttle control.
New OEM starter and alternator were installed.
OEM E30 M3 Oil filter housing with thermostat for oil cooler was added.
Earls engine Oil cooler mounted with Aero quip lines and fittings.
OEM Mechanical Fuel pump 1990 BMW530 with custom length internal push rod. (high volume) .
New OEM water pump, thermostat housing and hoses.
New OEM motor mounts installed.
Custom 3rd mount was added to valve cover to retain new higher HP engine.
Trans mount rubber was used to cushion 3rd mount to shock tower brace.
Larger surfaced 320i Fly Wheel was bolted using new OEM fasteners.
Fly wheel was lightened by 8+1bs and rebalanced by Dynamic Balancing of Sterling Hgts MI.
New Crank pilot Bearing, Throw out bearing and a 320i Sach clutch as fitted.
OEM tii cast iron Exhaust manifold was used for durability.
Bavarian built HOR Tech Stainless exhaust.
OEM Aluminum 320i Radiator installed in year 2003.
Red Line Oil 5w50 used since new after 1500 break-in miles.
V DO lighted, Oil pressure, Oil temp, Voltmeter gauges, dimmer controlled.
4 speed Transmission was rebuilt by David Nicholas, fitted with new style syncros and seals
Lubricated with Red Line MTL
New transmission mounts.
Drive shaft new Center bearing was fitted.
OEM Rear rubber sub frame mounts were installed.
Differential is 3.92 ratio from a lower mileage 19762002 (Red Line 80/90) OEM front and rear wheel bearings replaced.
lSD Aluminum wheels with Aluminum Hub centering rings.
SAE standard studs and nuts replace wheel mounting bolts on all 4 corners.
OEM BMW 530 master cylinder direct ,bolt on for added fluid volume-
Rebuilt1982 Volvo Girling Calipers from S&G imports. Direct bolt up to OEM struts.
OEM BMW 320i 1979 front wheel hubs utilized to run larger diameter vented discs. Direct bolt up.
OEM 320i vented brake rotors.
Stainless flexible brake lines.
New fixed Hard steel brake lines.
High temp brake cooling hoses allow for full lock to lock steering movement. Metal master/ Axxis pads.
OEM 1979 320i rear wheel cylinders to keep front rear bias correct Original backing plates with parking brake is retained.
Stainless steel brake lines.
Bilstein Sports struts with H&R short springs. Camper plates to get more negative camber.
Custom Alum shock tower brace with 3rd engine mount Racing dynamics sway bar, neoprene bushings.
New OEM Strut Bearings and rubber mounts.
New Ball Joints.
Rebuilt Steering box.
New OEM steering drag link.
Align to 1/80 to 00 tow out desired.
Bilstein Sport shocks with H&R springs modified to custom length.
Racing Dynamics sway bar & bushings.
