1999 528i touring, black, manual, sport supspension, premium package, gray leather, HID lights. Rare car. Daily driver, perfectly reliable, 1200 mile trip this summer.
Leather seats in excellent condition, no tears, some wear on driver's side bolster but no holes. BBS 2 piece cross spoke wheels worth almost as much as the car with nearly new Continental DWS tires.
No significant or structural rust.
Everything works except for windshield washer pump, All pixels showing on all displays.
Redline synthetic since I bought it at 70K, transmission and differential fluids regularly changed. Brake and clutch fluid flush every year.
The car has been hit several times during its lifetime, but paint is shiny, looks good, runs well. Hit large raccoon on NY Thruway at 80 mph, lost coolant; therefore, brand new BMW engine, radiator, hoses, engine mounts, and clutch at 100,000 miles.
Dunlop snows on BMW rims for $200 extra.
Other: 2 buttons broken on climate control, replacement available from BMW, rear hatch lifts weak, have parts, some parking damage on underside front spoiler.
