Hi - For sale is my well-sorted Slicktop E46 Sedan with an S54 M3 Swap - engine, diff, subframe, suspension. All maintenance complete, including the big 3, with documentation. This 328i's factory-fitted 2.8-liter straight-6 has been replaced by a 3.2-liter straight-6 sourced from an E46-generation M3. The list of modifications reported by the seller also includes a Buildjournal engine tune, Agency Power Industries headers without catalytic converters, a rear end from an E46 M3 (including a limited-slip differential), 17-inch APEX Race Parts ARC-8 wheels, H&R Special Springs coilovers, a steering rack from an E46 3 Series ZHP, black kidney grilles, and a short shifter kit from an E60 5 Series. More details about the modifications performed on this car are provided below. The E46-generation 3 Series, which was sold from 1999 to 2006, is considered by many enthusiasts to be the ideal combination of old-school BMW driving purity and modern amenities. Released for the 2001 model year, the third-generation M3 featured several performance-oriented improvements set the M variant apart. Coupe and convertible models were offered, but BMW never offered an E46 M3 sedan from the factory. Power comes from a 3.2-liter straight-6, rated at 333 horsepower and 262 lb-ft of torque.
