2004 E46 330i HPDE car

I'm the third owner. I bought it in South Carolina, so no rusting issues. I have a clean PA title for the car, and all three keys (including valet key). The car is currently licensed and passed its PA inspection in October, including emissions. All emissions equipment is in place, and the radio, A/C and heat are installed and fully functional (with climate control). The FSR was replaced as a PM whilst I had the seats removed for track prep. PittRace is my local track, which is about 30 miles away, and I’ve done 16 track days there in this car. Between events, the car is garaged and plugged into a battery tender. All airbags are in place – the front airbags have been replaced under the Takata recall. The driver’s side rear light cluster was also replaced under a BMW recall. Both recalls were done in December 2017 The VANOS seals were replaced by the previous owner. After a PPI at a BMW specialist, I had them replace the accessory belts, pulleys, tensioners, oil filter stand gasket and the Vanos line, and then drove it to Pittsburgh (around 450 miles). When I bought the car, the intent was to maintain the engine fully street legal and as-factory to maintain reliability and allow me to drive to and from the track. I haven't looked at headers or different exhausts – the car has the standard 330i headers and ZHP exhaust. As far as I'm aware, all body panels are original, and I couldn't see any crash damage. The sedan is much easier to work on inside than the coupe, especially with the half cage installed. It also allows me to fit my pop-up shelter and folding chairs in the back seat area (no seats installed in back). Since I’ve owned it, I have done the following maintenance and upgrades. Brakes • Standard 330i braking system. • New high carbon rotors all round, regular fluid flushes with Motul 600. Pads are Pagid Yellow RS29 on the front (approx. 85% remaining) and G-LOC R10 GP683 on the rear (approx. 75% remaining). • I have a set of G-LOC R12 GP946 front pads in addition, with approx. 80% remaining. I just decided to try the Pagids. • Bimmerworld stainless Brake Line Kit and Bimmerworld Brass Brake Caliper Guides. • I have a spare set of Meyle front rotors (unused) that I carry as spares Wheels • Apex ARC 8 (17x9" ET42) with 245/40-17 Hankook RS4 tires (square setup – purchased 2018). Wheels do not have any curb rash. The last photo shows the Apex wheels on the car • Sparco Pista with 225/45-17 and 245/40-17 Continental all season tires. These are used as transport wheels to avoid parking on the Hankooks Suspension • I replaced the front and rear suspension in April 2018 with Ground Control BMW E46 non M3 Track/School Full Coilover Kit 2031.76. (https://groundcontrolstore.com/collections/e46-complete-coilover-system/products/bmw-e46-non-m3-track-school-full-coilover-kit). I opted for this kit as it is a track-focused set up with correct camber plates, and the car is approx. 1” lower than standard. Height can be adjusted, but I love the handling as it is. I have the original struts and springs. When I installed the front struts, I also added the front strut mount reinforcements to prevent any damage • Front - Lemforder sway bar links, Lemforder FCA and Meyle HD FCA bushes replaced 3 track days ago. • Rear – installed Turner Motorsports subframe reinforcement kit (welded in) in March 2019. There were not any cracks in the mounting points on the unibody – this was done as a preventative measure. At the same time, I replaced the subframe mounts with Powerflex Black bushes. The RTAB have been replaced with Meyle HD 33326770786 rubber bushings and Daystar 093031010 limiters. Differential mounts have been replaced with ECS polyurethane bushes (front and rear). Safety • McMahon Autosports in Akron (http://rollcageguy.com/) installed a rear half cage in 2018. • Harnesses are Oreca 6 point harnesses purchased in 2018. Harnesses have sub belts mounted in the floor, and the lap belts mount on the seat mounts as designed. The standard 3 point belts are also retained for street driving • Seats – driver’s seat is OMP TRS E with Brey Krause side mounts, and the passenger seat is a Corbeau Forza with Corbeau sliders. All purchased in 2018. I have the plug in adapter for the passenger seat so that there are not any airbag lights. Routine maintenance • Oil changes with Motul 8100 and Mann oil filter have been done every 4 track days. Oil and filter was changed in August 2019, about 30 miles ago. • Brake fluid is flushed before any event using Motul 600 (last flush was in August2019, about 30 miles ago) Other maintenance • As noted, the car passed the PA inspection in October 2019 and there are no warning lights. • Replaced fuel filter, air filter, inlet boots, MAF (replaced with VDO, not Chinese knock off), valve cover gasket, flex disc (guibo), driveshaft center support bearing, spark plugs, gearbox linkage, cabin air filter, windshield cowl, transmission mounts • replaced passenger side front window regulator with BMW unit • Replaced gearbox oil (Red Line D6 ATF Automatic Transmission Fluid) and diff oil (Redline 75w90) with new drain plugs. This was done most recently in August 2019. • New 3rd brakelight (OEM BMW part) • New headlight lenses • New battery in November 2017. Car is kept on a trickle charger when not in use. • Added M3 fuel baffle. Fuel pump was replaced by previous owner at 177K as a PM • Coolant system refresh in 2018 including Nissens radiator, BMW expansion tank, cap and mounts, Saleri water pump and pulley, Coolant level sensor and fan switch, Wahler thermostat, BMW coolant, Top and bottom hoses
