2006 BMW 530Xi E61 Station Wagon

Below is the same description as the one that can be found in my craigslist post. Craiglist contains several more additional images. It can be found here: https://cedarrapids.craigslist.org/cto/d/cedar-rapids-2006-bmw-530xi-e61-station/6959531524.html Hi, for sale I have a 2006 BMW 530XI E61 Station Wagon. It is a very rare 6 speed manual transmission model. The car is in very good condition, both mechanically and cosmetically, especially considering its age. I'm the third owner. The second owner had it for a short while, and unfortunately so did I. The first owner had it the longest and it was a southern car most of its life. I purchased the car in the spring of 2018 and a couple of months after purchase we found out we were pregnant with our 4th child - hence the reason for sale. Otherwise, I would not be selling it. It's too rare of a car and it took me a long time to locate one. The car runs great. We just came back from a Colorado trip couple of weeks ago (yes, we took two cars). I have all the service record from the first owner, only verb description of services performed form the second owner, and all the receipts from me. I'm a BMW CCA member and work on my cars myself. I have receipts for the parts I have purchased and installed, and have handwritten record of it- I'm old school like that. The car is super clean. Zero rust or even any rust residue - nearly entire suspension on this car is aluminum. I have performed a few more major services on it, including cooling system refresh (water pump, thermostat, few of the hoses, radiator clean and flash) and front shocks. Rear air suspension works great. The previous owner removed the problematic power liftgate system and converted it to a traditional gas shock system-works great. He also replaced the valve cover gasket and oil filter housing gasket. Transmission shifts very smooth and clutch picks up nicely. ALL shifter and shifter linkage bushings were replaced for precise shifting. Transmission fluid and transfer case fluid were changed with OEM fluids. Transfer case adaptation after the fluid change was performed by BMW dealer. Brakes are around 90%. Engine oil changed just a few hundred miles ago. Relatively new windshield wipers all around. Paint is very nice but it does show some nicks and scratches as expected for this year and mileage. The biggest is on the rear bumper. The previous owner had gently back into something and it left a mark. See the picture. The front bumper also has a typical bottom rush that I have covered with an OEM pain. Leather has no cracks in it. All 4 wheels are clean and have no curb rush, just minor paint nicks. The wheels are from the later 2008 model. Tires are Continental DWS, very much drivable but should be replaced before winter for confident handling. It has a spare wheel in the trunk. If you want very rare BMW that was ahead of its class with fantastic utility, with BMW-like comfort and handling, this is your car. It's very roomy and its cargo capabilities always surprise me. Lay the seats flat and it is even more impressive. I'm sure I'm missing other things, so please do not hesitate to ask. I won't respond to low ball offers or any solicitation effort.
