Come join the BMW CCA Heart of Dixie Chapter for a great driving event at Barber Motorsports Park in Birmingham, Alabama!

We are having a 2-day High Performance DE, $430 Students and $25 Instructors. This year the Heart of Dixie Chapter will be allowing convertibles with the following specifications:

* An SCCA approved 4 point roll hoop/bar with log book
* 5 or 6 point racing harnesses/seat belts
* Car must be run with the top in the up or on position
* All entrants with a convertible must contact the Chief Instructor, Jack Joyner, and get his approval before your registration will be approved. chiefinstructor@albmwcca.org

?Be 19 years or older and have a valid driver's license.

?Have a Snell 2005 or newer certified helmet (M ratings OK).

?Convertibles MUST meet the specifications on the previous page.

?All Instructors MUST be approved by our DEC, Jack Joyner, chiefinstructor@albmwcca.org.

?Go to http://albmwcca.org/drivers-education for DE form downloads and additional information

?Forms must be completed prior to registration at Barber.

?Have your vehicle tech inspected within 30 days of arriving at the track.

?You will be responsible for any damages to the Barber Motorsport Park Facility

?The host hotel for the event is the Hampton Inn, 310 Rex Lake Rd. Leeds, Alabama. Call the hotel directly at 205-702-4141 and ask for the BMW Car Club, $89.00 + tax. The last day to hold the block of rooms is 5/3/2013 so make your reservations early. The Hampton Inn is 1/4 mile from Barber's entrance.

DE cancellations up to April 30th will receive a refund less a $75 processing fee. Cancellations received after April 30 will receive a refund less the processing fee ONLY if a student on the waiting list can take the space you reserved. NO cancellations/refunds after May 7th.
