Was it intentional to allow user name changes?

    Just out of curiosity -- since everybody got a password reset, and when you do so you are offered a username change... which I took advantage of, but did I just squash somebody else's login? I sure hope not!

    Good luck with the new site. It'll be very tough to please everyone; at a glance I do think it is dissapointing to have used forum software that isn't one of the classic, powerful ones out there (vbulletin and friends) but then again I'm not a heavy user, so I appreciate the color palette at least ;-)

    SiSince the default username for those who did not have a login is their account number, many members may want to change it. I would not expect anyone to misuse that option.

    A forum needs to tie very closely with the membership side.
    We will continue to look at other options.
