   Anyone recognize this sound? Does not make this sound sitting still. Just got back from the shop after timing chain, guides, tensioner. Also the engine does not idle well. Very rough and gets worse with A/C on (unusual?).

   Sounds like a gear train under load when your accelerate and not so off the throttle. Can you pinpoint a location from the drivers seat?
   
   I'd take the mechanic for a ride along and get his opinion sooner rather than later.
