When is the correct time to change o2 sensors? My 03 325it has just under100k Should I change now? or wait until they through a code?? bluewagon
The standard recommendation is 100,000 miles. It's not a good idea to wait until they fail, simply because they will probably die when most inconvenient and once they do fail, you should not neglect them for long. In practice, depending on how you drive they may last 110K, 120K or more so don't fret if the odometer rolls a bit over 100K before you can get to the work.
