New to BMW and new to the Club - Bend, Oregon

Hello everyone, good news!

Lifetime "car guy" with a few four-wheeled addictions/liabilities in my garage. I joined a 24 Hours of LeMons team last year made up of some of my coworkers who had purchased a race-ready E30 from another team. Drove it for the first time in December (my first time in a BMW in the driver's seat!) and fell in love. A series of circumstances lead me to finally replace my daily driver recently and after test-driving a friend's M Roadster I decided I had to have one. Just took delivery of a 2007 E85 a few days ago. LOVE the car, and looking forward to participation in club activities. I generally work on my own cars, and hope to gain some tech insight here as well.
