Looking for winter wheels/tires for Z4 M Coupe, plus a TPM question

Am in Ohio and only need them for one winter since my lease is up in May and only want 17". The least expensive set I can find on Tire Rack is $1060 without TPM sensors (see 2nd paragraph). I do have a preference for Blizzaks as I had a set of LM-22s on my last car and loved them, but is not a requirement.

Also, if I can't find a used set and have to buy new, there is TPM on the M, but not run-flats. Anyone know if I NEED the sensors for winter wheels/tires? I'd just as soon let the TPM light stay on through winter and trust myself to know if I get a flat. Thanks!
