E82 vs. E46 Coupe

Has anyone seen anything out there on the similarities or differences between the new E82 and the E46 coupe? There is a great piece in the new Roundel on the new 3 series coupe using an E46 coupe as a base line - as an 01 325ci owner - it made me feel really lucky - I am glad I have waited for the right ONE.

Most, if not all, public BMW forums have some variation of an M3/135i comparison thread.

E46 Coupe/E82

I know, I know - that's all there is...and that's not a comparison. Where are the E46 coupe (not M3 - most don't confuse the E46 M3 with an E46 coupe) comparisons with the 128 or 135 for pure BMW drivability and fun. Read this month's Roundel - the 2000 323ci commentary is really nicely done...this is exactly what I am talking about...

Will read the article when the new issue arrives, apparently East Coast members receive their copies earlier than others. Looking forward to the read.

You'll enjoy it - fun to read something that extols the simplicity of a car. That being said, we all know the 135i performance is really going to be hard to beat in such a nice package!

I read the 128i compared to the e36

in price, size, weight, etc...
in the latest Roundel
