My 2010 X6 was in a minor accident last night. Sigh... I need to have the repairs done but I don't know where to go. I'm not familiar with Ithaca. I'm demanding when it comes to the maintenance of vehicles. Any suggestions on which BMW center to take my vehicle? Thank you. PS. I'll need couple's counseling next. I have to ask my X6 for forgiveness. I'll take suggestions on where to do this as well. Thanks.
This may be coming too late to help, but you may want to consider John Holtz BMW in Rochester. Avoid Burdick BMW in Syracuse. In my experience Burdick are not very nice nor reasonable in their pricing. Holtz seems better on both counts. I know a few independent shops in Syracuse but your car probably needs the attention of a dealership. Best of luck and sorry to hear of your misfortune.
