Body Shop in Northern Virginia - hard top issue

I have a 2007 BMW 328 hard top convertible that I bought pre-owned last year. The hardtop sometimes jams and refuses to close (has happened 3 years in last 1 year). After doing some investigation I found out this is because of some body damage that happened to the car under the previous owner.
My 4 year warranty runs out it in May, 2011 and after this the maintenance cost of this will be my own. I confirmed that from the dealership. Below are my questions. Any help I greatly appreciate :-
1. Is there a good body shop in Virginia who specializes in hard tops and can tell me the extent of the damage ?
2. Anybody else who had a similar experience like this ?

I don't know of any shops that specialize in hardtop convertibles. Wagon Works has long been the go-to for repairs and paintwork when cost is no object. They are often backed up so get your call in quickly before your warranty is up.
