Hello all---I own a 2008 535i. I recently bought a radar detector and in the installation instructions, it cautions me against using the radar mount on anti-lacerative windshields. The radar instruction manual specifically mentions Porsche's as having this type of windshield but did not mention BMWs. Does anyone know if the windshield on my car has this anti-lacerative protection?? Any advice you could give me would be great! THANKS! PDUBOKC
