2001 M5 sedan

For Sale: 2001 M5 Odometer: 57,630 VIN: WBSDE93411BZ98891 Exterior Trim Code: 668- Jet Black Interior Trim Code: O5SW- Black Extended Leather (on Titanium trim). Option Code Information: 0416: Rear Sunshades 0752: Enhanced Premium Sound 0465: Split fold-down-rear seat 0776: Anthracite Alcantara Headliner Tires: Michelin Pilot Super Sports with 5,600 miles on them. I purchased this M from the original owner, a business woman from the Palo Alto area who bought it new in 2001 and babied/garaged her from the beginning. Upon getting her home, I went to work establishing a proper baseline and turned her over to my BMW Tech Tim Craft at Rusnak BMW in Thousand Oaks, CA. At 52,344 miles service included: *Oil & Filter changed (5W-30) *Transmission fluid changed *Differential fluid changed *Coolant flushed/replaced *Brake fluid flushed/replaced *Air filters changed *Fuel filters changed *Spark plugs changed *Drive Belts replaced *Compression check: 210 PSI, all cylinders Needless to say, the Tech(a fellow E39 M5 owner and enthusiast) was in awe of the condition of this car- inside and out, top to bottom. During the initial service and prior to the oil change, I had an oil sample taken. I subsequently sent the sample to Blackstone Labs and received a report that will be made available on request. In short, everything was in order and looked excellent. Unfortunately, I am downsizing to one vehicle for everything and simply don’t want to make this car my daily driver/commuter. While I know many of my fellow members use their M5’s as a DD, that was never my intention for this car. A few last notes: *Garaged from new. *Pixels refreshed in October. *$400 detail in October. *No accidents, no paint work, no kids, no pets. *No mods, ever. *Never tracked. *BMW Dealer serviced only. Note: Cosmetically speaking there are several small rock chips at the front of the car on the hood and front bumper and several small scratches around the exterior. The windshield has a small chip and received a Safelite repair filling(prior to my ownership). All wheels have varying degrees of road rash. The drivers seat adjusting switch is fully functional but is loose/removable and could be replaced. I did not receive service history records from the original owner as she has misplaced them, but have all receipts/records since taking ownership. I can provide a CarFax report if requested. Asking price is $26,500. I am not in a hurry to sell and willing to wait for the right buyer to come along. Inspections are welcomed. Thanks guys!
