1995 e36 M3 "track/autocross/parts?" car

Am offering a 95 e36 M3. A perfect opportunity for track/autocross junkies. I make no apopogies for this car. It has high mileage and was my daily driver. It needs work. It will not pass CA smog, likely due to bad cats or faulty O2 sensor; it needs a starter will crank hit and miss (did not want to mess with it) and will start and run perfectly; it recently developed a rear end noise possibly a diff bearing or wheel bearing... could even be center support bearing. The clutch stuff was replaced about 2 years ago. Has later model staggerd wheels but also have the 10 spoke chrome motorsport wheels. Koni gas adjusts, Conforti chip (have original), Dinan front strut cross brace, Vader seats. Tranny shifts perfectly. Synthetic oils everywhere since owned. Car has clear title and will likely be no-opp'd soon. Asking $5k obo. Local pick-up only. Feel free to ask questions. Located in central CA.
